Great knowledge on the teacher and the learner. The teacher is a prompter, a facilitator, a manager, a model, an assessor. A good teacher is knowledgeable on the subject matter, patient and kind, able to establish rapport and able to motivate. A good learner is willing to ask questions, has the desire to learn and always asks for advice. Good knowledge of the language skills helps to determine the language level of the student. The above listed are valuable insight for me as a teacher to help me add on the description of a good teacher and more and be able to tell good and bad learners.
