this unit has covered things to put into consideration when planning a lesson, what should be included in a lesson plan, how to stick to the lesson with flexibilty and reasons why we plan lessons such as to create a logical sequence for the lesson so we dont run out of ideas during a class, how It forms a record of what has been taught and can be used for covering incase you are not available. It talks about the goals and the aims of lesson planing, example of how to form a lesson plan has been layed out to have a proper idea and demonstration. Lesson planning is therefore very important for inexperienced and experienced teachers .
I learnt that the items we add on lesson plan gives us a perspective of how to go about our lessons and goals to fulfil in that lesson, lesson planning isnt just student centerd but teacher centered also , i also understand that it gives us aim and target to the goal we are trying to achieve for that lesson.
