The two videos show the dramatic difference in the attitude of a teacher can really make a difference. In the first video the teacher is rather short, not a great attitude, and straight to the point on a lot of things. It is hard for the students to follow.
In the second video, his flow is much slower and concise. It gives the students a chance to absorb the information more. He explains things better and does individual questioning which dramatically helps the understanding of the lesson for the students.
