This Unit talks about the importance and complexity of the relationship between learners and teachers. A good teacher should be fair, have knowledge of the subject they are teaching, be able to motivate students and most importantly, cares even more of the students learning than his or her teaching.
Learners come from different ages, cultural background, language level and motivation for learning, as a teacher, we should be able to play different roles in the classroom depending on the type of activity and what our students wish to achieve.
To sum it all, we should be able to make changes appropriately to greatly increase our effectiveness as teachers so that students learn and continue to attend our classes.
