Cape Carteret, North Carolina TESOL Online & Teaching English Jobs
This unit discussed four past tenses of the English language; past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. I have noticed similarities in language forms between present tenses and past tenses. Such as, all continuous forms have verbs that end with "-ing", the auxiliary verb "have" followed by "been" is a structure in all perfect continuous forms and the auxiliary verb "have" features in all perfect forms. Furthermore, I have learned about how to break down different types of past tenses in our speech; something I didn't take particular note of previously, as a native speaker.
