This lesson explains how to best prepare for your class whether you are an experienced teacher or just beginner. It gives tips on what to prepare before the class starts, to have your equipment ready and working and to be organized by having your own sheets preferably with dates so you can always monitor what has previously been done and what you have planned for the future class. I think the lesson plan is a really helpful tool when you pre plan in minutes your class you kind of know how much time you have left and whether or not to cut a particular exercise out because it is taking up too much time depending on class size.
