Understanding the relationship between student and teacher is key. Both the student and teacher are responsible for a strong learning experience. The most effective learning environment would have an open and focused student body and motivational, patient and knowledgeable teacher. Fostering such an environment is the focus of this unit and should be the focus of every student/teacher. A good student can be wasted on a teacher who cannot relate with them.
