Unit two focuses on grammar and in particular, identifying parts of speech. Starting with the essential yet very basic parts of a sentence, a subject and a verb, the unit moves on to map the use and form of additional parts of speech including; nouns, adjectives, adverbs, plurals, articles, prepositions, etc. Identifying parts of speech, forms the basis of understanding the rules used to create complex sentences.
