In this unit i've learned that a good teacher should be kind, patient, be able to entertain, motivate, encourage and correct students as well as need to know students' weaknesses and know the subject he's talking about perfectly. I also have learned that a good student should have a willingness to listen and speak english, ask questions as much as needed and be able to accept correction. There is a big difference between young and adult learners. Adults are usually more motivated, but have their own model of how the learning process should look like, and young learners may be not so motivated, but with a good teacher they will enjoy studying and have good results. There are also different levels of language ability and teacher needs to understand what his students' levels are.
