I think the most important part of this lesson for me was the emphasis placed on personal aims in the lesson plan and self reviewing your lesson. Personal aims refer to the part in your lesson that
you as a teacher wish to achieve. This is usually an area of your teaching you would like to improve. While having a process for self evaluation through a self evaluation form for example allows you to consider what worked and what didn't work in class. Through these two processes you can improve as a teacher.
