In this unit I have learned that it is important that the roles of the teacher is carried out appropriately. This helps the improvement of the class, builds, encourage motivation as motivated students have a greater chance of success. The teacher should be aware of differences such as age, home language or customs of students as it could be beneficial for the success of the individual and class. Lastly a distinction between different levels of ability in the English language should be made for the teacher to best help the student.
