Accuracy concentrated on producing correct language while fluency are concentrated on allowing the students to experiment and be creative with language while they both have equal importance.
When considering the activities in the classroom there are controlled activities,guided activities, creative communication. Students may be reluctant to speak due to lack of confidence, fear of making mistakes, peer intimidation, lack of interest in the topic.The teacher can overcome the above scenarios by developing the interest in the topic, make sure the students are confident with the language used, use pair work.
Before the lesson the teacher can decide the aims of the lesson, make sure whether she needs to preteach
and prepare he materials needed.
During the lesson the teacher can arouse students interest through visuals,remind the students of any structures and vocabulary that might be useful and after the activity the teacher can give a feedback.
Issues with writing skills are Hand writing, spelling, layout and pronunciation.
Using games would be an important part in a lesson as the games are activities with rules, a goal and element of fun.
Competitive games and co operate games can be used depending on the lesson and students.
