This section covered lesson planning with ESA, tips for writing a lesson plan, and how the lesson plan should be used. I learned that a lesson plan should be simple and concise. It should be a sequence of goals to achieve over the course of the class, with estimated times for planned activities, but it should not be stiff or script-like. Lesson plans should also be used to keep a record of what the class has accomplished.
