This unit talks about the present tenses. The present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. In this unit, I've learned about the form, usages, typical errors students make, and activate stage teaching ideas. Form here refers to the grammatical construction and rules regarding how the tenses or grammar points are being made. Usage shows us how and under what circumstances the tense or grammar point is used. Also, errors made by students are easily predictable, so I've learned to prepare correction strategies and examples in advance. I've also learned to use some activities that will encourage communicative use of the tense or grammar point during the activate stage of the lesson.
