In this unit, the characteristics of a good teachers and a good learners are mentioned first and then the language levels for the students are presented. Being fair in the classroom, motivating the students in their journey on learning new things and having subject knowledge are some of the characteristics of a good teacher. Other than these, the teacher has an important role in the classroom that depends on the activity and the goal of the lessons. Some time, the teacher should be a participant when it is time to share something from her/his experience or be a facilitator when it is students’ turn to do the same thing that teacher does or be a manager when it is time to teach or explain the subject or be a performer for the combination of these roles. Even all these roles are important but switching between these roles in the classroom is the most important thing at all.
