I have learnt from final Unit 20 some information about troubleshooting. There are a number of activities that the teacher can use for estsblish rapport between the students, find out about the students, find out about the student`s needs/aspirations in English , find out the English level of each students.For example: quetionnaire/survey,a similar type of activity, pass the ball game,needs analysis.
