Unit 13 is explaining the importance of teaching proper pronunciation, how sentences and words are formed, and the possible ways to teach proper pronunciation to students. I have learned that patterns are very important for making articulate sentences and that they should have a place in the classroom. I especially think intonation is very important to get your point across because intonation could show the real meaning behind the sentence. Using techniques that helps show stress on certain words will help students feel comfortable and confident with their accent.
