In this unit, I have learnt about teachers and learners. There are some factors that make good teachers as well as good learners. What makes a good teacher are fair, have knowledge of the subject and able to motivate the students to be better and achieve their goals. However, having knowledge of the subject does not mean that the teachers should care more about teaching than the learners, it should be balanced. Teachers also play significant roles in the classroom in order to achieve a successful teaching and learning process. A teacher also should aware of learners motivation, experiences and behaviours at every stage of their age. Another thing that also important is knowing the Common European Framework level with their characteristics for the learners. I am confident that I can be one of the good teachers.
