Unit two focused on the parts of speech. Nouns can be broken down to common, proper, compound, abstract, and collective. Something that I learned about adjectives is that there is a particular order used when describing something, such as, size, age, color, material followed by the noun. In addition, I do not recall learning about the zero article during my k-12 education. Overall, the breakdown of verbs was the most important grammatical aspect for me. I will continue to review the breakdown of verbs and adverbs. Lastly, the unit covered conjunctions and prepositions.
