I learned that all the forms feature a verb. Sometimes this verb can be accompanied by -ed, -d or -ing to its base. Some on these verbs have -had/had not/had not been, - been or -was/were before their use and after the subject.
Some of these usage can be very tricky if you don't spend enough time reading and actually attempting to do the worksheet and reviewing your work and by doing this it help one to spot mistakes.
All in all a very tricky, but interesting chapter.
