In this lesson i've learnt that the attitude of the teacher is very important to the lesson and how a calm composed demeanour can also keep the students calm and more confident with in the lesson. you can also see that having a well organised plan before you enter the classroom can help a great deal, especially when it comes to explaining the structures and content of the lesson and then this in turn greatly improves the level of english the students can reach. For me personally, the biggest difference in these two lessons is the beginning, when the teacher went around and asked everyones names it settled the class and was a great foundation to build the class on, where as when the teacher went straight in with tough structures with little to no explanation it threw the students so of tilt they never really settled throughout the entire lesson.
