Establishing rapport between instructor and students is imperative. The unit ends with considerations for the teacher in order to maintain discipline. For example, if an instructor makes threats for disruptive behaviors in class and doesn't follow through, then students will learn that they can get away with the disruptive behaviors, which could increase disruly behaviors.
