I feel like I learned the most regarding the independent, dependent, and relative clauses. I knew that each clause had a subject and a verb, but didn't really know how to separate them from there. Mainly that the dependent must be connected to the independent, which can actually be a full and complete sentence. I also found looking over the Modal Auxiliary verbs interesting, like how they're used regarding advise, obligation, and ability.
