In this unit, I've learnt about troubleshooting, when it comes to teaching, there are some problems that we might encounter, and in this unit, there are some solutions for them. During the first lesson, it's very important to get to know the students, establish good rapport, rather than teaching immediately. Warmers are very important too, they can give students a phase to get ready and get interested. With students at different levels, we also need to deal it with different materials or same materials but different tasks. About large class, we need to employ some techniques to help, such as using worksheets, pair/group work etc. We should help the students to avoid using their native language but in the right ways. For those reluctant students, we also need to encourage them and design some suitable activities. And in the end, when students have problems with listening, we should help them deal with the problems instead of skipping them just because they might be difficult for them.
