I have a bachelor degree in pedagogue and from my time working with kids and young people I do have some experience have to act, behave and motivate in a learning environment. After I read the first unit I see a many similarities to my previous work such as have the teacher choose his/hers position in the classroom. I mainly have experience with the participant and the organizer position and I will definitely need to practice the manager/controller position when I am going to start teaching.
This chapter gave me a good overview of what it means to be a teacher and a students and also the difference between those.
I hope we later on going to have more classes about how to motivate the difference ages and what subject to teach the difference level that there is presented in this first unit.
