Unit 5 talks about classroom management. An EFL teacher should know how to useeye contact, gestures, voice, children's names, groupactivities in classroom management. Teacher should be able to work with groups, individually and reduce instances when the teacher turns his or her backs to the kids. Eyes should be on the kids at all times. I have learnt that every teacher has his or her own way of teaching and with practice you will be able to find your own teaching style perfect for your class and that your kids respond to positively.
