This unit covers the techniques related to teaching new language. In this unit I have learned that new language has to be taught in a balanced and manageable way. that balance is among three aspect namely grammar , vocabulary and functions. When teaching a grammatical structure the teacher has to make sure that he/she explains its meaning , use (how/when it is used), and its formation. likewise, when teaching a new vocabulary the teacher has to enlighten students on its meaning , usage, grammar function, and how it can affects other words. concerning language function, they better suit the ESA boomerang and patchwork pattern, plus role-play exercises are generally more adapted to them.
