One of the most valued knowledge I've learned from the Unit is roles of a teacher in an English learning class. When understanding different tasks of teacher, good acts that a good teacher should do and the common student's reasons for attending English classes, the ways to make them motivated and concentrated on the lesson become easy to deduce. Plus, the unit also clearly pointed out different levels of a ESL learners.
