Unit 15 is about Evaluation and Testing. I learned that Evaluation is a tool check students understanding about the lessons. Also, it helps teachers to get honest feedback from students. There are ways to assess students capacity- Tests, Evaluation by students and Tutorials. Among the evaluation tools, Test is used to check students level. Tests check how much the students progress within the time frame and what the students already know. There are different types of tests which students take- placement tests, diagnostics test, progress tests and practice tests. Some tests are not only to measure individual capacity but a requirement for their job. For example, BULATS which assess their language skill in the business industry.
