Unit 20 troubleshooting was just icing on top of the cake. Just the mere fact that this was the last unit of the course made the unit worthwhile and interesting. Furthermore the unit was easy to understand and most of the content was general knowledge. I have understood areas on how to eastablish rapport with students, how to "warm up" the lesson, teaching large classes, dealing with reluctant students and how to deal with issues concerning use of native language. Unit 20 and the other preciding units have exposed me to the other English Language realm that I never thought existed. Though I have never been an ESL teacher before, after going through the 20 units I feel confident and ready for the tasks that lay ahead.
