A brief overview of this unit is a look at common problematic situations teachers face in the classroom and it suggests ways whereby these problems can be solved. it shows that a class can consist of New groups and Existing groups and highlights the various ways effective teaching can take place. i learnt that appropriate methodologies be used in first lessons and subsequent lessons so as to give learners a good foundation in learning English Language.
