This unit is very important because we learn how to manage our class and how to get our students attention trough eye contact, gesture and our voice. We also have learned how to group our students and the advantages and disavantages of the all kind of groups ( whole class , individuals and Pairwork. ) The classroom arrangement depends of several factors that we have to keep in mind when we organize our room fro ex. Space, age of students etc. The teachers position and movement was also an important theme learned : especially how to avoid being so long turning your back to the students during board-work trough some ways for example: prepare cards with vocabulary etc... Giving individual attention, reducing TTT increasing STT and establishing rapport were important points learned. We learned also advices to make our instructions effective and mantain discipline.
