The unit talks about how a good teacher and learner should be . This includes their behaviors reactions and code of conduct.It further explains that the teacher should have a good knowledge of the subject , should be lively , motivating and should establish good rapport between them and the student.
A student should have the desire to learn , ask questions and also be willing to experiment that on their own. The unit shows the different levels of learners that include beginners , pre-intermediate, elementary and advanced.
I have learnt that as a teacher i shouldn't correct the students on every word they speak and not in every stage of study and that while correcting them the teacher should be conscious not to erase their motivation.
