In this unit I've learnt how to behave in a class for better results. I've learnt that every small thing can be a resource when it's used in a good way. For example the teacher's voice, position and eye contact can help to manage the class and maintain discipline; gestures can help to reduce teacher talking time or to give inputs without talkig; the classroom arrangement can have a great importance and give the teacher a more dominating or relaxed role inside the classroom. Finally, I've learnt how to prevent or deal with problem behaviour.
