The writing of lesson plans is important because it creates a record of what the class has covered, it helps with the entire planning process,
it acts as a document to refer to during the lesson. Lesson plan should include learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase (Engage, Study, Activate), timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date/time, teacher's and observer's names. Also its good to fill up evaluation form as a good teacher will want to monitor the quality of his/her own lessons.
