In this unit I watched two video explaining the drastically different effects that a teacher has on a class. The first video was very hard to watch as it was ghastly performed, full of degrading comments, dominating appearances, pointing of fingers and overall boringness. The second lesson showed a charismatic fun teacher who was prepared and knew exactly how to engage students in a fun way while also observing their strength and weaknesses and helping them improve.
