This unit focuses on the role of the teacher in the classroom. In the classroom, the teacher is seen as the manager. As a teacher, you must take total control of your classroom in order to maintain order. This is very important because it shows the students who is in charge. If a teacher is unable to instill discipline in his/her classroom, that particular class will be difficult to control. Taking control and instilling discipline doesn't make the teacher a bad person. This only helps to establish a good relationship between the teacher and the students.
