Equipment and teaching aids are extensively used. The black board is rarely seen, the Whiteboard is far more popular because its clean and easy to use, always have access to a spare pen. Interactive whiteboards are increasingly popular, but expensive which limits their usage in poorer countries while training in its use is necessary and can break down. Overhead projectors are ideal for showing pre-prepared overhead transparencies. You do need space and clean surfaces to use properly.
Visual aids are numerous. Try to use real objects, pictures and photos at all times. Worksheets and work cards are particularly useful for reading and grammar exercises, while videos and DVD's are motivating and stimulating.
May I add that I found question 10 a little ambiguous. Does answer 1 relate to evaluation of the the teachers performance or the students performance. I assumed it was the former.
