i am a teacher who has been teaching young learners for 10 years,so i am highly agree that teaching children can be one of the most rewarding of all student to teach.to teach children well ,teachers need to do a lot of repetition drills when teaching vocabulary and structure,at the same time, we need to give children many positive encouragement and frequent praise to develop the children's self-esteem.because children are curiosity and less concentration,they need frequent changes of activities,which are exciting and fun to stimulate their curiosity. teachers must keep the lessons fun,varied and at a good pace.
