In this unit, we studied about the techniques of teaching vocabulary grammar & function of the English language. Some lessons that we need to teach may include new vocabulary, grammar and functions.we can apply ESA methods to introduce new language.
Teaching vocabulary to the language is important to the students, especially at early stages. Teachers need to make sure that students are clear with the meaning, ise, word grammar, spelling & pronunciation of the new vocabulary taught by the teacher. We can use straight arrow ESA technique for teaching vocabulary.
Grammatical structure is also equivalently important to teach. Students must know what the language means, how it is used ,what the grammatical form is and how it is said or written. We can use a typical patchwork ESA structure to teach grammar to the students.
Similarly, language function also includes the appriopracy of the language in terms of its use. We can use a boomerang ESA approach for teaching functions.
