In this unit I have learnt that speaking and writing are the two productive skills in language teaching. Under these two skills categorized accuracy and fluency activities. In accuracy activities concentrates on producing correct language. It is uaually cobtrolled by thevteacher to ensure accurate reproduction of language. It belongs to the study phase of the lesson. While fluency activities concentrates on allowing the students to experiment and be creative with language which are less concerned with accuracy and more concerned with the effectiveness and flows of the communication. I have also learned that there are three kinds of soeaking activities in the classroom.Controlled activities is the language which is controlled by the teacher. Guided activities is accuracy based and little more creative in which the output is controlled by the teacher but the exact language is not. Last but not the least, the creative communication which is fluency based,scenario is created by the teacher but the content of the language is not.
