In this unit I learned about qualities of a good teacher, different roles being a teacher and also about learners. Being a good teacher means to get the lesson organized and provide enjoyable, friendly and interesting atmosphere so students will get interested in learning language. I think the main mission of teachers is to encourage and motivate students in learning.
According to the Unit 1, teachers should be able to involve all students equally throughout the lesson. They should give equal attention to every student in order to not offend them.
