I really liked this classroom management unit. It touched on how you don't have to be an extrovert to be a good teacher. As like as you have the skills of organizing and managing a class, you can be a good teacher. It is also very important to create a friendly and relaxed environment. There are many things I learned from this unit, such as the use of gestures, voice, and eye contact. I also enjoyed reading about grouping students, classroom arrangement, TTT and STT, and establishing rapport and discipline. Being positive and smiling are simple things that make all the difference.
