Simple future tense uses will and the base verb (will go, will see) for a variety of purposes including making predictions, expressing intentions or promises, making statements based on evidence, or speculating about the present. Going to future uses the verb going with the infinitive (going to go, going to see) to do basically all the same things. Students often confuse these two tenses in their construction. Exercises include fortune telling, future diaries, and speculation about the future of their cities/countries. Future continuous is made with will be and the ing form of the verb(will be going, will be seeing). It's used for predictions about ongoing events at a specific time in the future or speculation about the present. Students often leave out be or ing. Future perfect is for stating what will have happened by a specific time in the future. It is formed with will, have, and the participle(will have gone). So many aux verbs to forget. Past perfect continuous is for activities that are occurring now and will still be occurring at a specific point in the future. Construction uses will, have, been, and the ing form of the verb(will have been going). Again, it's easy to forgot aux verbs or to add ing. versions of future diaries are good for all tenses. Present simple or continuous are also used for the future, especially when talking about schedules and official timetables.
