In this lesson, it teaches us about the importance of knowing how to manage the classroom. When teachers work with the whole class as a group it allows the students to interact with other students, it also gives the teacher a better control of students as a whole. When students are allowed to work on their own, it allows the teachers to respond to individual needs and is less stressful for students as the teacher can pay individual attention to them. When students are allowed to work in group or a pair, it gives students new activity and it allows them to share responsibility. From this lesson, I learned that the teacher has to be in control of the classroom in order for students to become better learners, they are more likely to pay better attention, ask questions and become more self-reliant.
