I understand that there is more then one technique to teach. As a teacher i will need to adapt depending on the learning capability, age and material for that class. Each role is designed to encourage the students to learn and progress through a variety of methods depending on what i want the students to achieve. while most roles will require more leadership, student development should also be encouraged by a role where i observe. It is up to me to decide which role suits that lesson and to make sure i choose appropriately.
