In Unit 2 I learned about the Parts of Speech. First I learned about the five main types of NOUNS, as well as plural, countable and uncountable nouns. Next I learned about ADJECTIVES, including comparative and superlative adjectives. Next I learned about indefinite, definite, and zero ARTICLES. Next I learned about transitive, intransitive, and infinitive VERBS, along with many regular and irregular verb forms, and auxiliary verbs. Next I learned about the five main (and other notable) types of ADVERBS. Next I learned about GERUNDS. Next I learned about the four types of PRONOUNS. And finally I learned about PREPOSITIONS and CONJUNCTIONS.
