This unit taught of phonology, it's areas of study which are intonation and stress. Intonation taught of the patterns which a word or sentence follows, techniques for indicating and teaching intonaton and stress taught of the different ways of interpretation a sentence, lack of stress,techniques for indicating and teaching stress, sound joining, linked speech. Also I learnt about phonemic alphabet n symbols, articulation and teaching techniques for the pronunciation of individual sounds and when to teach pronunciation.
