I have learned quite a lot from this Unit regarding classroom management. It is very important that an instructors personality and enthusiasm strikes the fire in students and makes them want to learn. A teacher must inspire and spark students' confidence and ?nterest. A teacher must come to class prepared and ready. He/She must be flexible and know when to be firm and when to let the students be alone. The teacher will prepare lessons and activities which will not make him dominant or too lenient. If a teacher can manage his/her class than the students will learn and succeed.
