This unit focused on the both the teacher and the learner. The teacher's role in the classroom is very essential for the learners to learn. The teacher must be a manager, an organizer, an assessor, prompter, participant, facilitator, model, and observer. He/she must know when and how to take on these different roles in such a way that would benefit the learning process. On the other hand, the teacher must also be aware of the learner's age, level, experiences, reasons for studying and culture in order to approach the learning process effectively.
